The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • Who are Nice Clean Home Ltd?
    Nice Clean Home is Chester and surrounding area's premier domestic cleaning provider, offering quality domestic help to busy individuals who value their precious free time. We operate throughout our area with individually vetted and reference checked cleaners, providing you with a truly personal service.
  • How quickly can you find me a cleaner?
    Usually we can find a cleaner for you within just a few days.
  • What if I’m not happy with my cleaner for any reason?
    Simply let us know of your concerns and we will do all we can to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We have a large database of approved and vetted cleaners, one of whom should meet your needs perfectly.
  • How do you vet your cleaners?
    Very carefully! Every single one of our cleaners is interviewed in their own home. We conduct an in-depth interview and assess whether the cleaner will pass our stringent ‘would we let this person clean our own home’ test. At this stage we would also conduct all relevant ID checks.
  • Are your cleaners reference checked?
    Yes they are. We take up references for all our cleaners and those references have to be excellent before we would allow them on to our database of approved cleaners.
  • Do you have a minimum number of hours?
    Yes, the minimum number of hours is two.
  • Do you have insurance cover?
    Our business is insured against the cleaner damaging your property accidentally. Please note, in order to keep our charges at a very competitive rate, there is an excess on all claims for which you would be responsible for. The insurance cover is offered to provide peace of mind in the event of any major incidents of damage.
  • Is there a contract to sign?
    Our contract is initially for a 28 day term. Thereafter the contract is for a one-month period on a rolling basis. This is on regular cleans only. One off cleans do not carry any term times
  • Will I get the same cleaner every week?
    Yes. You will get the same dedicated cleaner to do your weekly cleaning. That way you will know who is coming into your home each week and your cleaner will be able to work out a routine with you as to what you would like doing on each visit.
  • What tasks will the cleaner normally carry out?
    Your cleaner will do all the usual vacuuming, dusting and polishing, ironing and they will also clean the bathrooms and kitchen. They will also clean windows if required and most other general household cleaning within your home at your request. By having your own dedicated cleaner you will be able to specify which jobs are done on a weekly basis and which jobs are done on a rotational basis. This way you will receive a service that is tailored to your specific needs.
